I’m an independent consultant and builder working across software, AI, systems design, and creative work.
My focus is clarity, leverage, and human-centered systems — not work for work’s sake.
Strategic thinking partner
I help founders, operators, and individuals clarify what they’re actually trying to do — especially when the problem is ambiguous or emotionally charged.
Systems & workflow designer
I design lightweight systems and AI-assisted workflows that reduce friction, cognitive load, and wasted effort.
Translator between worlds
I bridge technical and non-technical perspectives, turning vague goals into executable systems and plain-language decisions.
Builder & stress-test
When needed, I build tools, scripts, and prototypes — and pressure-test assumptions before they harden into bureaucracy.
Autonomy & trust
I do my best work when given ownership and flexibility — and I extend the same to others.
Clarity over noise
Confusion wastes time and morale. I focus on making things make sense.
Leverage over labor
I prioritize systems, frameworks, and automation over brute force.
Human-centered design
Technology should support people, not flatten them.
Sustainable work
Good work shouldn’t cost you your health, identity, or sanity.
I’m most effective in project-based, exploratory, or transitional contexts — especially where something isn’t working, but no one has fully named why yet.
Early-stage or transitional phases
AI integration and applied workflows
Process design and operational clarity
Advisory roles where perspective matters more than output volume
Bridging technical systems and human behavior
I’m less interested in pure maintenance roles, performative productivity, or rigid hierarchies where curiosity is punished.
Consulting & independent ventures
Building and advising independent projects across software, AI, and international contexts — including current work developing an AI-focused business initiative in Japan.
Technical & creative projects
Hands-on work spanning software development, automation, digital systems, photography, and media — used to support real-world operations and outreach.
Volunteer & pro-bono work
Providing technical, strategic, and creative support to individuals and initiatives where resources are limited but impact matters.
What I bring isn’t just a skillset — it’s a way of seeing.
I’m comfortable in uncertainty, good at pattern recognition across people and systems, and honest about what I see, even when it’s uncomfortable.
I don’t default to “work harder” or “add more structure.” I ask what actually matters, where energy is leaking, and what would make things lighter instead of heavier.
I’m open to professional, volunteer, and international opportunities — including roles that involve relocation — especially when the work aligns with my values and contributes to something meaningful.
If you think I might be useful, I’m happy to talk.
